Отель точно не может претендовать на 5 звезд. 1) Смарт ТВ - без интернета, вызвали мастера и сказали не не могут подключить к Wi Fi, хотя нужен был только пароль; 2) Бассейн- мы приехали к 17:00 вечера и на рецепшен сказали что можно посетить только после 20:00 так как занятия для детей. По факту плавали взрослые люди. Наверно его местным в аренду сдают, ну ситуация очень странная; 3) Спорт зал - возможность посещать только после 10:00 утра. Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь в отеле, обычно можно посещать в любое время; 4) Досуг - нет от слова ничего. Территория отеля маленькая, вокруг стройка и только собаки. В самом отеле только сидеть в номере без интернета. С учетом заселения в 15:00 и выездом до 12:00 и стоимостью выше 100$ и отсутствием сервиса, досуга, очень слабым завтраком, грязными коврами и т.д. Не рекомендую повторять мой опыт.

Наверное только то, что сотрудники уборки были очень очень вежливыми. Прекрасная женщина, которая давала белье для малыша.

Отель - это пример, того как фотографии могут продавать. Все что вы видите - не правда. У отеля нет никакой территории, расположен рядом со строками, разрушенными зданиями и мусорками. Всю ночь лаят собаки, окна сломаны и не закрываются. В бассейне отсутствует вентиляция. У нас был забронирован люкс, 42 кВ. М., для трех взрослых и 2 детей ( 7 и 1 год). Все началось с того, что нас заселили не в тот номер, мы это поняли, когда начали ходить боком к друг другу, так как совершенно не было места. Когда все же, мы допросились до кроватки для малыша, то поняли, что места просто нет совсем, и чтобы положить его в кроватку, нужно на коленках залезть на кровать. Попросили что то сделать с номером..но полное равнодушие от представителей отеля. Сказали только одно, можете писать плохой отзыв. Нам все равно.
