Akhaltsikhe Inn

Breakfast was very cheap.. We asked for twin room and even wrote them beforehand, but they couldn't accommodate our request. I was there with my colleague and we had to split one bed. They made us wait for 40 minutes to find a lower category room for us while we paid way more... The problem is not only not meeting our request but how they managed our stay. Very low service.

A really cozy and nice hotel! I spent the New Year’s weekend there and had a wonderful experience. Everything in the room was in working order, and the bathroom was clean with fresh sheets and towels. The room was cleaned daily, and hygiene products were replenished every day as well. It was quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was warm and complemented by a sauna, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff at the reception and restaurant were incredibly polite and helpful. While the views weren’t particularly special, it didn’t matter much as the overall experience more than made up for it. The food was very tasty, with prices that felt reasonable. The interior of the hotel was also beautifully designed, adding to the charm of the stay.

I wouldn’t classify it as a 5-star hotel, but overall, we were still pleased with everything. Just a heads-up: smoking is not allowed in the hotel, so if you’re staying on the 4th floor, you’ll need to go downstairs to smoke.

I like staff, they were very polite and pleasant. Also hotel was clean and cozy.

The breakfast was awful. The water in the pool smelled very strongly of chlorine and access to the pool was limited at certain hours (from 15:00-20:00 was limited). It was uncomfortable for my family.

Everything was great: the hotel, facilities, and food. This is probably the only hotel in Akhaltsikhe with a pool and a spa — at least at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay, and if we decide to visit this city again, we would definitely stay at this hotel.

Maybe the room felt a little empty. It would be great if they had an armchair or two in the room, not just a bed and a chair. This is important for couples or families.
