Property Notes

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Early check-in - Any guest wanting to check in before the scheduled check-in time (4 PM) will be charged a $75.00 early check-in fee. If you need extra keys, there's an additional fee of $10.00 per key. Check-out: 10:00 AM Late check-out – Any guest inquiring about late check-out has to check availability with the front desk first. If late check-out is available, there will be an additional charge of $75.00. Pets are not allowed (service animals are welcome and are exempt from fees). Violation shall be grounds for immediate eviction. Guests will forfeit all rent paid and be liable for at least a $250 flea spray and cleaning charge. 100% Non-Smoking Resort, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking outside the designated area is prohibited and will be subject to a $250 fine. Toiletries items– Upon arrival, Dolphin Run will supply toilet paper in all bathrooms. Trash bags in all trash cans. Paper towels in the kitchen. Guests are responsible for any other toiletries. Each condominium has one reserved parking space. For additional vehicles, we recommend the parking lot at the 9th Street city garage. The city operates seven municipal parking lots and two garages at the oceanfront. All locations and meters accept major credit and debit cards. Construction Notice: Balcony Repairs are scheduled to take place from March- December 2024. Noise/Dust and balcony closures are possible during your stay.
