It was just convenient for a short stay, i stayed over night just to be closer to the airport. It was just a in and out for me so i was ok for the most part.

To be honest it was convenient for me 👍🏻

A/c was a joke, bathroom needs some work, pictures are very deceiving.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Waschräume waren sauber. Die Kommunikation war freundlich, erfolgte jedoch ausschließlich per E‑Mail. Es ist niemand vor Ort. Positiv ist die gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Ich konnte meinen Koffer gegen Gebühr vor dem Check-in im Haus deponieren.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr laut – es fühlte sich an, als würden die Autos direkt durch den Raum fahren. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig bzw. lassen viel Lärm durch, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Localisation and responsiveness of online service

We arrived to find that there was no electricity or heating in the apartment. After contacting the online support service, the maintenance staff came relatively quickly and managed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. The room was poorly insulated against both the cold and the noise — you could feel cold air coming through the windows even when closed, and it often felt as though we were sleeping directly on the street due to the traffic noise. We could also hear everything happening in the corridors. In addition, some of the furniture was in poor condition, and the lighting was extremely bright and harsh, more reminiscent of a supermarket than a comfortable accommodation. Housekeeping was also not provided during our stay of more than one night.
