The location was phenomenal! Close to all the stores and coffee shops during the day, and all the bars and restaurants at night. The room was extremly spacious and clean. The decoration was great and very up to date, I almost wanted to copy a few things for my apartment. They even left a complementary cookie, which was very good!

The door to the rooms aren't sound. They look original to the bldg and could be updated to fit the opening properly without cracks.

I liked how close it was to local business's.

The alley to get back was flooded by water and trees were draped over the walk path. This area could use some maintenence. The water pressure was so low it was a trickle. Took long time to heat up. The room was at street level and you could hear everything directly up stairs. Parking was atrocious. Nothing close by and street parking was confusing not to mention difficult to find. This place was over priced.
