Little to no communication with the staff of one person. After 8pm there was none.

The good: Very helpful staff. Great location and dining options. Quiet. Clean. The not quite as good: The mattress was not comfortable and bed creaked if you moved. The pool lights stay on all night and even on the 4th floor, with the blinds closed, they illuminate the room.

Was there a fire at this hotel recently? They just cancelled my reservation I made 4 months ago because I booked on a 3rd party website because a fire made them oversold and they kept those that booked directly... I guess the lesson is don't book on a 3rd party website or you will be the first to go?

If you don’t get the email concerning how to get into to building to check in you are in trouble. Not sure who was responsible for sending that information either hotels.com or the hotel itself. Check in was at 4 but couldn’t get into the room till 5. Once room was nice but had a cramped feeling. The little deck was a nice bonus.

Great apartment and beautiful too! Only tiny improvement would be pillows! Otherwise fantastic!

The location was the selling point. We were here for a concert at Merriweather Pavillion and the hotel being within walking distance was extremely convenient.

The lack of amenities on site after hours. We were looking to get water at 8pm - there are no ice machines, vending machines, or stores inside the building. There are some restraunts outside but at that time, only the bars were still open. No where to get a bottle of water. That was kind of frustrating. A simple vending machine would solve that issue. The room itself was nice, but the mattress was awful. It was like sleeping on a trampoline. Every small move made loud squeaks and woke us up constantly through the night and was very uncomfortable.
