Cozy and clean

Initially was disappointed that my reservation was cancelled on Expedia but I went ahead and rebooked. Happy I did bc the stay was wonderful. Super clean. Safe. And just what we needed. Love that the grocery store is attached tot he building - very convenient. Will definitely stay again when visiting the city.

Gorgeous modern design utilizing technology to enhance ease of access. The property is perfectly positioned with every possible convenience. We enjoyed a peaceful environment with all the amenities that make it just like home. We have stayed at this property twice, both units exceeded our expectations. Will check availability with Barsala before considering any other accommodation on future trips.

For me the location was primo, the unit was nice for what I requested, there were a few bumps along the way but the Onsite Staff were excellent in resolving the issues. I highly recommend, I hope I'll get to utilize this location again soon.

Medley is a new, quiet property, with free laundry, free parking across the street, and a supermarket on the ground floor. My stay was very comfortable and I’d return. It’s a great location for hospital visitors. My only nitpicks would be the lack of any kitchen soap, no salt (but there was pepper), and no frying pan. The unit could also use an extra bed blanket. After booking I learned the location cannot receive packages or mail for guests, which was disappointing. But overall a good value.

I didn't get a room for 1hr. Called many times to get a key to my room manager promised me a bottle of liquor and i never received that i called to get extra blankets never received that housekeeping was short with me when i asked for help

2/5.. the company hosting this apartment expects you to park across the intersection at the IBM parking lot instead of the parking garage attached to the building- since it’s the grocery stores parking lot. There isn’t a single person there to represent the company that’s hosting this and the people that are there ONLY work for The Medley- not Barsala. So if you’re having issues expect to only speak to someone on the phone- IF they answer. I was told they didn’t receive payment as I was checking in (my bank statement showed otherwise) and I was charged twice for the same reservation. When I tried to call them for rectification- both numbers were disconnected which was cause for concern. There wasn’t any hospitality, several other situations arouse and it further cemented my experience with Barsala. I will never spend a dime with this company again, and I’ve warned as many people as I can. But, if you can look past all of that, it’s a comfortable place that isn’t too noisy.

Property is clean and and very secure. Check in and check out was easy. Can’t wait to book again

Room was very nice, however, sink/shower water had a very strong sulfuric odor(rotten eggs) that prevented you from showering. The smell filled the entire room and had to air out for the day. I alerted management, but it really did ruin what seemed to be a really nice room.

I really like the home feel that this place has it was nice and clean and very comfortable i had a little problem understanding the process of getting keys and entry to the place but the manager Bauldy got me straight and explained everything..Thanks Guy had a awesome stay i will be in the near further...Loved it.
