The location is amazing. Especially if you're going to a Seahawks/Mariners game. It is just a couple blocks from the stadium/ballpark. Pike Place Market is also easy walking distance. I was worried when I first booked this place because its just not what I'm used to. Its not the type of place I usually stay. You don't really check in with anybody, they just send you the access codes through their app which concerned me because having never stayed at a place like this I expected to encounter problems with that but I didn't. It actually ended up being one of the better, if not the best hotel experience I've ever had.

While I loved my stay here, I would say this place is not for everyone. Particularly if you have mobility issues. It is a loft so you have to climb a ladder to get to the bed. Its not really an easy ladder to climb.

Erg warm en het digitaal inchecken ging niet vanzelf. Ik had 3 kamers geboekt maar er was maar 1 kamer zichtbaar in mijn sonder account. Vervolgens meer dan een half uur telefonisch bezig geweest de andere 2 kamers te krijgen….

Great location for tourism and for local sport stadiums, excellent rooms except for noise

Lots of noise from streets due to poor windows, no staff on site despite a sign stating they would be there at specific hours, some issues in local areas with drug addicts and homeless persons, access is via dark alleyways that often were almost blocked by vehicles accessing other properties, not enough large lockers for guests to use after checkout

Loved the location being a block and a half from T-Mobile Park and walking distance to wonderful restaurants! The apartments were very clean and beautifully decorated. The building was very secure in a quaint courtyard area. Parking was a little confusing as you couldn't park on site and unloading wasn't convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and the value was great! We took advantage of the rooftop and enjoyed the skyline at night with cocktails as well as in the morning with our coffee. ☕️ The vibe in this district was great and lots going on.

Parking was the least favorite part of this location but we managed by parking a block away. However, the parking fees varied depending on which barcode you scanned.
