"A few improvements needed but will come back"

it was spacious and comfortable. pretty stocked. location was "ok". absolutely loved the pool area. code i was given to get in didn't work but they were pretty responsive, had to give me a new code.

they didn't quite explain that there was a separate card for the pool and a separate card to get out of the garage. the card to get out of the garage needs to be held up to the winwindshield for the gate to open. the handle for the blinds in the bedrooms were unreachable. had to get on a chair which is dangerous. there was no dishwasher soap. the garbages by the elevators/garage smelled SOOOOO bad.

The condo was nice equiped and clean. Nice pool!

The virtual check in was the worst check in process in my whole life. nothing worked, 20mails, 10phonecalls for one check-in. Really bad!

The property itself is in a large apartment complex- that is terrific. Full kitchen - nice studio- great location next to ball park.

Was not aware of the required $200 security deposit. And was not aware of required consent to background check. You will not find out the exact apartment number - where to park- how to park etc., until check in time. Also confusing was the name of the apartments is not mint house-

We booked this hotel at the last minute. We were on a road trip and this is where we ended up. We had to call to get additional information to get into the facility and when we got in, the place looked nice and was very clean, however there was an awful, strong chemical smell.

There was an awful, strong chemical smell in the apartment. It instantly made our family sick. We called immediately. We did not bring any luggage in or use anything in the space. They had us try a different apartment and it was better, but still had a smell. Also, all the doors to the cupboards, etc in the second apartment were open and it didn't look like it was ready to rent. We called again and said we couldn't stay at the facility because of the effect it was having on our family. My wife lost her voice, I started wheezing, we both had instant headaches and our kids did not feel well either. After a few phone calls, we were told that we were approved for a full refund. However, several hours later, the property manger called my wife and was very rude to her. He asked why we didn't we give them a chance and completely dismissed our experience. We were told by more than one person after we were approved to get a refund that no-one else has had a problem in the apartment. That may be true, but it doesn't change our experience. That is called gaslighting and it is horrible customer service. The call from the manager came in hours after we left the facility and we had already booked another hotel. It was late at night and we were getting our kids to bed after a long day of traveling and scrambling to find another hotel. We did not stay at your hotel, we did not use anything. We walked in and walked out. We were approved for a full refund and then only received half of it back. You did not honor your word. You said our health was your priority, but your actions did not match your words. It's really too bad because the apartment was nice, but the chemical smell made our family sick. We were treated disrespectfully and we were lied to. It was a horrible experience.
