The property was nice however the park was supposed to be included and I ended up paying. I did not get clear communication from mint. The room was nice but at 7am someone above was hammering for half an hour and it ruined our morning.

"Great value and awesome location for our stay in Greenville."

Lovely and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment! We loved the West End location across from Fluor Field and took in a game during our stay in Greenville. Fun! Not too far to walk to downtown or Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Spacious, immaculate, great amenities, excellent location for walking around the West End/Falls Park/downtown (also-across a pedestrian way directly to the baseball stadium entry), and love the baseball history theme everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

The room smelled weird. New building smell? Could have been worse. The building entry instructions mentioned going to the leasing office entry to punch in an outdoor building code. Nope. No box. No Mint House signage. There was someone in the office to let us in, fortunately. We found the actual building entrance after getting into our apartment. Also-parking needed better explanation. We didn’t park in the garage until I had picked up our tag from the apartment. The sign said LOT FULL, but the gate arm went up. There was no clear Mint House signage directing you where to park. We got a basement level spot with no Mint House marking. There was a big black gate that opened to resident parking. I think our tag might have opened the big black gate and led to Mint House assigned spots?

"Once we conquered the “hiccups,” this was a great place to stay."

After paying booking.com in full, I was contacted by Mint House to pay a $200 damage deposit and to have a police check. Responses to my emails all went to my junk email. There is a great Italian restaurant in the building that does take out. The fitness facility, because it is part of a rental apartment complex, is amazing. It is a 10 minute walk to the historical centre and the beautiful walking trails of River Park. Make sure you CAREFULLY read the instructions for access to your unit and to the parking garage because, even though it was midday, there was no one onsite to help.
