Mint House Greenville - West End

It was super clean, well-located, and had a great layout. Furthermore it was the cheapest option for the location; I'd definitely stay here again when I return to Greenville.

It was clean. Landlord reacted super quickly when we raised an issue with water drainage in a bath tub. Fixed immediately.

Overall very nice place nd area of Greenville. Directions and where to park and enter was a little confusing at first. All in all once you got there it was a very nice apartment. It did have some wear and tear on the walls and in the bathtub.

Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors and very nice property and apartment. The person who helped with troubleshooting confirmation info. was pleasant. Also great to have secured parking.

Instructions after booking need to be more clear and timely. Also, Booking.com is pointless after completing reservation; zero need or use to down the app. Finally, the email with room and door lock information should be forwarded more quickly.

The apartment was spacious.

The virtual checking did not work. The app was not able to read my driver's license. I called customer service for help. The customer service wanted to give me the same instructions that I already got instead of trying to solve the problem. It was completely useless. I told him that I wanted to talk to his manager. He put me on hold forever. Finally, a MINT associate who worked in the facility showed up and let me in my apt. This has been the longest check-in that I ever had. Took about an hour. I was way too late for the event for which I made the travel. It was a horrible experience.

Curtains on the master bedroom window would be great for blocking out the sun for us late sleepers
