The size of the room.

I didn’t like anything. The room was dirty, walls were dirty. Sheets were dirty, there were cockroaches climbing around the cups on the table. Very disgusting. It was a very expensive hotel, and the room was small and so awful. I complained as having a deluxe room should be at least clean. and they put me in the suite. The money was still too much for the upgrade.
