It’s a happening place in heart of thamel. Value for money.

All was fine

the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is a problem for them. its nice having a bakery and restaurant downstairs. the room was very nice and clean. overall a great stay and will stay again.

The first room we had the bed was very comfortable because there was a topper on the matress so you didnt feel the gap in the middle but the second room didnt have the same, it would be nice if all the beds had this :) the fan outside the first room was loud, we booked a garden view room for this reason but only got to stay in a garden view room one night, we moved on the second night to a quieter garden view room.

I booked this property for one night as I started for pokhara next morning. But it was very unfortunate that the hotel authority failed to provide me any room although I had got confirmation from booking.com. The hotel authority requested me to stay at another hotel nearby the standard of which was less than that of Aawas boutique hotel but price was same.

Location very good. Stuff very Friendy
