The staff is simply amazing. They were perfect giving us all information needed before our arrival and organising our pick up. They helped us in everything.

Value for money property. Room was clean. Washroom was clean. Staff was nice. Have spacious locker.

The staff were extremely helpful when I arrived from the airport I didn’t have any Nepali currency and I had to pay my taxi driver at the reception there was this wonderful sweet girl called Asha she just gave me the Nepali currency and said I can later change and give it back. The guy at the reception was also nice because after changing the money when I got back to the hotel Asha already let and it was Shankar he was very helpful too because my room was up on 6th floor and he helped me to carry my heavy luggage all the way up. The location is excellent as you are close to everything

Nothing like that because I was mostly out and then came and crashed and left very early in the morning so it was only for a night I stayed

Good location right in the middle of Thamel. Helpful staff. Cleanliness was decent.

Lots of stairs - they did help carry my luggage up them but it is a bit tiring to have to climb them to get to your room. Poor sound and other insulation - my room was next to a patio where people would talk loudly or smoke and the sounds and smells would get into my room.

Good ambience !
