Trade Winds on the Bay

The location was perfect and the view was great. The rooms were spacious, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and exercise area was very nice. I loved the sitting area in the lobby and the coffee shop. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would stay again.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was sub, sub par. Actually, it was probably the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in my 44 years of traveling since I have been traveling for business and personal travel. From the deplorable, outdated room conditions(broken furniture, gaps in the shower surround walls that let water in behind the walls which are probably full of mold, to the pigeon feces covered rooftop outside of our room door). I could go on and on about the conditions, but won’t). I really almost asked for my money refunded, but did not, as I just wanted to check out and leave. If you would like to refund it, I would gladly accept it refunded. What needs to happen at this property to to completely gut every room and start from scratch.

Didn't have the room warmed up for us. Didn't have any body wash in the container in the shower!!

It was conveniently located near the center of Rockland and the Vinlhaven Ferry. The view of the harbor from the balcony was nice.

The breakfast options were limited only pastries and coffee and were very pricey.
