La chambre est très bien. En revanche il y a une absence totale d'isolation acoustique entre les chambres. 2 fois l'alarme incendie s'est déclenché dont une fois en pleine nuit... Tout l'immeuble s'est retrouvé sur le trottoir en pyjama... Aucun salarié sur place... Ce n'est pas normal. Avis mitigé dans l'ensemble au vu du prix pratiqué

We liked all the amenities in our room and the building- balcony, laundry, kitchen... There is a small grocery store beside the entry. There are restaurants and bakeries close. The buses are very close. The metro is a short walk and a couple stops to the santa justa station. It is walkable to the plaza espana, parque maria luisa, and from there close to the old town. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 6 nights we were there. It is a bit loud with people talking in the neighboring rooms and halls, but this wasnt all that disturbing. The administration was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful. Overall we would recommend and We would stay again

I had everything i needed. I only missed an oven, but its probably not practical with a fire alarm in the room. Improvement is larger or more remarkable info/warning stickers for the door entrance and fire alarm as there occurred a few problems with that in the hotel.

호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 모든것이 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 시내에서 좀 벗어나있다보니 차량이용이 불편했습니다. 특히 렌트를 했는데, 주차장이 멀고, 주차시간에 대한 정보가 없어 주차딱지를 떼이고 말았습니다. 주차에 대한 정보를 좀더 자세하게 알려주었으면 좋았겠습니다.

Lugar nuevo, merece la pena alojarse ahí

Easy to access, clean and a 30min-1 hour walk from places to visit which is great! The only bad thing is that the cleaning team sometimes comes in without knocking to clean at any time of the day, which is a bit annoying.

El apartamento estaba bien, pero no está bien insonorizado, y tanto la nevera como el aire son extremadamente ruidosos, al menos en mi apartamento. Las ventanas no eliminan mucho ruido.

Very clean, safe and reassuring stay.
