I loved the location, the accommodations & the amenities and the price.

The unit did not have adequate cooking utensils. Similar to AirBnB, each unit should at least be fully stocked with pots, pans, skillets & utensils. There should also be cooking oil, salt, pepper & sugar which are basic necessities for the preparation of meals.

Beautiful apartment, in apartment laundry, deep bath tub and great patio.

A/c didn’t work and it got quite warm in the apartment. Found socks and a hair tie from a previous occupant. The shower curtain was ripped in multiple places. The app no longer unlocks door access pads. Had to enter an access code each time. Noise from the train station is kinda loud at night.

The AC didn't work and they sent a technician and the only thing they could do is switch the breaker on and off. They seemed to know the heat pump wasn't working and the AC would only work for about an hour which meant we woke up every night in a sweat. It got as high as 90 degrees when we were there and when we asked for another room, they only had 1-bedrooms available which wouldn't work for us. Is there any sort of partial refund you can offer as I hate asking my friend to split such an awful experience.

Beautiful and very comfortable

Loved staying at this hotel. Was in town for a conference and I was able to walk to get groceries and save money on food. It was a lovely view, and the room was everything I needed.

Great location, plenty of room and perfect for 2 couples….way cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. Loved it!

My visit was very nice. I enjoyed the hotel, the room, the amenities, and the location was close to everything I needed. I would say the main reason I am not giving 5-stars is because there was a lack of communication in terms of parking. The hotel doesn't validate for the attached parking structure as it's a third party, so you had to pay every time you left. And the price skyrocketed when twins games were being paid, so I had to pay that rate for 3 of the days I was there as the twins had 3 home games during my stay. Had there been better communication, it would have been fine, but I was caught off guard by the very high prices of parking.

Every detail was well thought out. Every space was warm and inviting.

Signage was a little confusing when walking around outside the premises.

Amazing stay. What a great surprise stumbling on this hidden gem of an apartment overnight.
