Very very dirty entire hotel, they don’t have TV channel connection available, very dirty bathroom and bathroom fittings need to be replaced even we can’t not shut the bathroom door. The Swimming poor was very dirty. In fact we didn’t get any professional services from the Hotel.

It's a new property & one that is very well maintained as well. There were certain issues with Electricity at the property as there were power outages in the entire district but the generator served us well & the property manager - Sazal was extremely cooperative & helpful in every way, whether it was for providing taxi services, foreign exchange or any inconveniences experienced, all the problems were solved at an expedited rate & I will be happy to revisit this hotel when I'm back in Nepal.

Staff was good food is very tasty

Not proper cleanliness of other parts of hotel except rooms ,food room service was too late and even they don't have a proper dining space,no towels and soap in bathroom as well
