A very clean and pleasant hotel located within walking distance of many good restaurants and close to Europe square and the beach. AC was very pleasant to have in such hot weather and the balcony was a real plus!

The room was cozy and clean, location is perfect

We booked the hotel because it had breakfast, when we came the lady said there is no breakfast and it was written somewhere, but we didn’t find anywhere and our booking was with breakfast. I guess the hotel does not have breakfast off season, because the breakfast place is outside.

Very good hotel for its cost at an ideal location. Nice personnel who can help you solve any issues and give advice on local restaurant / help with arranging car-travels around Batumi with a guide.

Hotel is in great location in center of the old town. Walking distance from most attractions and the beach. Due to its location place is vibrant and busy but not too noisy. Staff is very helpful and nice in approach. Good AC needed in summer weather. Room we had was huge, a lot of space. Very comfy beds.

Hotel needs some minor repairs but nothing major. It is very depends which room you have.

The bad thing is that there is an unfinished house with homeless people and mosquitoes nearby. Bad bed.
