The decoration

While the hotel is visually appealing and well maintained, my overall experience was disappointing due to misleading information and a level of service that does not match the price. The “Superior D” room is advertised as 70 m² on Booking.com, as well as on the hotel’s official website. However, the actual floor space of the room is approximately 35 m², which is significantly smaller than advertised and represents a discrepancy of around 50%. When I raised this issue, the hotel explained that the advertised size refers to the “built area” rather than the usable space, and therefore considers the information to be correct. However, this is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. This explanation does not justify such a large difference and remains highly misleading from a guest’s perspective. Given the total cost of €1,269 for 3 nights, the price paid for the actual room size is clearly disproportionate. In addition, the level of service does not correspond to this price range: there is no room service, the beds were not made, and housekeeping was not carried out during the stay. Overall, while the hotel may appear attractive, the lack of transparency regarding the real room space and the limited service make this stay poor value for money. There are clearly better alternatives available at this price point. Future guests should be aware that both the advertised room size and the actual service provided may not meet expectations.

We had not expected there to be a receptionist who was able to help us with advice, book taxis, etc. She also dealt very speedily with a couple of matters. The top terrace was spacious and well furnished with chairs and cushions.
