Nicely decorated apartment, clean & simple checkin process

Location excellent. Good value

There was no hot water for showers .

The key entry access is super easy and reliable. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable

There is no where to hang wet towels, some hooks on the back of bathroom doors would be so helpful. Maybe a welcome pack of some basics would be lovely.

Didn’t match my expectations as I felt the photos of the property were misleading. 10 of the main photos are of a very nice looking property with a huge terrace overlooking Madrid. The apartment we got had no terrace. I had tried to book the room but sent it to my friends to have a look (they all replied “great terrace”), however when I tried to book it was sold out. I called Limehouse and they said it was strange because it didn’t seem sold out in their system, when a few hours later I saw it back on booking.com I booked it quickly as there was only 1 available. When I got to the apartment I saw no terrace at all, when I contacted Limehome I somehow managed to book a different category of room that had no terrace that was also part of the building. Shame as the ‘main selling’ images of the property are of the huge terrace, don’t believe I’ll be the only one to be mislead by this. Tried to change or stay one fewer nights but wasn’t possible, real shame as the other apartment is very different, not somewhere to chill in with 6 people. They need to make it clear on the apartment/room booking that it is an apartment without a terrace to avoid confusion/disappointment.
