Just know what you're getting. It's a place to sleep, no more. I had the Queen Bed room, which I think is the best room for one or two people and it left a lot for imagination. The good things first: pretty clean, which is probably the most important in any hotel of any level, no complaints there. The people I dealt with were always nice and kind. Improvements needed: the shower head splashes everywhere and doesn't sit in the holder. The sink leaks water all the time, I used 3 towels to rotate just putting them on the floor and used one repeatedly for myself. The shower box doesn't close fully. The TV doesn't have a remote controller. The side lamp didn't have the bit on top... The check in process was weird to say the least, there was a note on the booking that said there is no reception desk and that the "host" will meet me at arrival.. which was pretty vague and stressful. I walked in and kept waiting and saying "hello" Until this lovely older lady came up and with broken English, we much as possible tried to communicate with me. She then called somebody and told them I'm here and eventually I hear the words "queen bedroom" and I was taken to the room. Check out process: just leave. The towels were so overused and crispy/scratchy. The Terras is lovely but the chairs don't have any cushions.No heater or tea coffee provided. It did feel like I was at some distant relative house though, Georgia and Georgians are nice like that, despite the lack of means.

A terrible place with absolutely inadequate, aggressive hosts! If you want to spoil your vacation, then welcome to this hotel. We checked in at 1 p.m., immediately there were questions about the lack of toilet paper, soap, the TV remote didn’t work. The room itself is noisy, the first floor. But the main disadvantage is that it was really cold in the room, and the air conditioner didn’t work. It turned out that the plug was burned and we could simply be electrocuted, there are also issues with sockets, as old as possible and sparkle. Nothing was done to our requests to bring/replace, only the old heater was brought. After all this, we decided not to waste time and money on this place and move out. As a result, we were threatened, shouted, and threatened with violence. We highly don’t recommend this place and are shocked that such an attitude can be.

At Guest House Lusi, we had a room with a shower and air-con. The shower did not work. The air-con was broken. We told that several times to the owner. Finally he was very angry to us and behaved even aggressively towards us. He only wanted our money. He never repaired the shower nor air-con. He did not give us any discount either. And he told us not to give any negative feedback to social media.

Nice location up a hill in the old town. nice view from the roof terrace. Room on the top floor was small but comfortable . Breakfast was ok. Overall would recommend as an affordable, safe and clean place to stay

This place became a home for us for 4 days, we’re going to keep this feeling. You can be sure in excellent service here. Also owner of the guesthouse can help you with trip organization or share with you insights about sightseeing’s .

An excellent place at a very nice location. Nice restaurants, freedom square, maiden on walking distance. Nice breakfast. Room is nice. few things like hair dryer and washing machines are available on request. Lucas and his family are nice to their guests. Great views from roof top.

Not bad hotel but on the first day you don't get breakfast,it is charged and the airport transfer is also charged . The bathrooms are pretty small , but overall it's a good stay.only lucas knows English no one else.

We stayed here in August 2016 and we were not only delighted by how clean, comfortable and orderly the rooms were (all with airco), but especially the owner's concern to keep a high standard. Very inviting the family was, offering us wine and fruit all the time. The family doesn't speak English but friends and neighbours help if necessary.

We had an amazing time with Lucas and his family. They are so warm and welcoming and Lucas did everything to make our stay great. His English is very good, the rooms are clean and breakfast is nice. It was lovely to sit on the roof terras and drink wine together. They guest house is also very well located and it is only a couple of minutes to the centre where you find lots of restaurants, clubs and bars. We will go back for sure.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice linens. Curtains that do not let the light of day. Everything to sleep. Hot water and shower. Hearty and delicious breakfasts. There is a large kitchen where you can cook if you wish. Cozy roof for evening gatherings with wine. In walking distance of the historic center and the nightlife of Tbilisi. And most importantly: a hospitable host, which will always help with glasses, corkscrew and advice, but without intrusive service.
