La ubicación. En pleno centro de Ciudad Real, a pasos de todo. Para explorar la ciudad a pie, es inmejorable. Los apartamentos son correctos y funcionales, con todo lo necesario. Sobre la atención: el equipo es amable y responde bien, pero toda la comunicación es por WhatsApp o correo electrónico — check-in, consultas, incidencias, todo. No hay recepción presencial. La atención es buena, pero el modelo está claramente diseñado para un perfil de viajero joven y digital. Si no tienes wifi o eSIM desde que llegas, o si prefieres el contacto humano cara a cara, tenlo en cuenta antes de reservar.

El desayuno: no lo recomiendo. El precio no se corresponde con lo que ofrecen y el servicio fue irregular durante toda la estancia. Mi consejo: acércate al Carrefour, abastécete y desayuna tranquilamente en tu apartamento. Sale mejor en todos los sentidos.
