The place was very clean and the management team onsite were very responsive. It was only the internet in the apartment which was very bad - either not working totally or extremely slow. Other than this, it was extremely wonderful to stay with HomingU.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Great location and great recommendations from the hotel. Check in and check out was seamless.

A well maintained property great location

Clean apartment with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for our family. There is a grocery store one block away so you can make your own meals in the kitchen. We loved interacting with our hosts who provided a lot of great local information and were always available. This was a welcome change after a week of being in hotels.

This was a wonderful sized apartment for a family of 4 with 2 small children. We arrived slightly before the appointed check-in time, but the Mobile Staff via WhatsApp were so helpful and quick to accommodate us. The apartment we had was beautifully furnished and decorated. The apartment did have some ants and little gnats, but wasn't much of a surprise as it was hot in Sevilla. Some of the linen had some stains on them, but we just threw them back in the washer/dryer that they had in the apartment. The hot water tended to come in and out during showers, but there were instructions to reset the water heater if need be. This apartment is situated in such a great location; it's so close to the city center, the metro, and an easy walk to Triana. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby which made the stay easy. Overall, I would stay here again if we returned. The convenience, location and customer service made up for all the other snafus we encountered.

Home was very nice and clean. very central location. Walkable to all sightseeing places. many restaurant nearby. However, Dryer didn't work. Community manager promised to send someone but didn't send and not communicated status at all.

We had everything we needed. Air conditioning, washer/dryer, close to everything!

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Walking distance to Alcázar palace! There is no front desk but the communication via WhatsApp was great. Any questions we had it got answered very quickly. We will stay here again!
