Our experience with this hostel was horrible. The property is not as advertised and the owner scammed us out of money.

We booked this property in the hottest season specifically because it indicated the property had air conditioning. We arrived and there was none. There were also meant to be two beds in the room and there was only one. The screens on the windows were ripped and it appears there are termites in the bedposts due to the small wood pieces we would find on the sheets each morning. The nice soap and shampoo products displayed in the photos are not what you get - you get the cheapest products available in the bathroom. Initially the owner told us if we wanted to look for a more suitable place he would be happy to refund us the nights. As it was over christmas there was not much other availability but we were able to find another place for half our stay and had to return to HA Beach hotel for the last few nights of our trip. The owner confirmed multiple times the money would be refunded as the property was not as advertised and even put it in writing. It has been almost three months now and the owner refuses to respond to emails and has not yet refunded the money promised. He offered us half board for the nights we did end up staying, but the restaurant had almost none of the items that were on the menu. We ended up eating soup and pasta cooked in soy sauce because they didn't have oil. It has been a very disappointing experience to interact with this hotel and how the situation has been dealt with. The owner continues to not respond to emails or to resolve the issue. The owner has stolen money from us by not initiating the refund promised when we went to another property for part of our stay. We would never stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone. By far one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

空调的制冷效果有待提升，早餐段带头带头巾的女服务员可能英语不太好，两天早上的早餐都给我搞错了

The staff and the closeness to the beach. The water is warm, Ali and Martha were the best at everything!! I highly recommend

There's no air-conditioning but provisions were made with a fan so it was still amazing.

Camera con vista mare e giardino, spaziosa con ventilatore, con patio fronte camera, a due passi dalla piscina circondata da palme e piante fiorite. Bagno grande. Frigo in camera. Lettini comodissimi ogni giorno forniti con telo mare. Colazione ricca e curata con succhi di frutta fresca frittate pancakes etc. servita in giardino vista mare. Personale attento e molto gentile.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jambiani Village, making it easy to explore the local area. Highly recommend!"
