The hotel had a great location and was very clean, which we appreciated. However, the room was quite small, and the only space to relax was the terrace, which unfortunately closed quite early.

Great location, helpful staff and large room. Excellent bakery around corner in basement. Close to several restaurants. Stores nearby. Outstanding breakfast in room on top floor with view. We arrived early at 08:30 exhausted after long flight and jet lag. We had notified the hotel in advance that we were arriving early. Initially, reception told us we could not have entry until the afternoon. However, after five minutes of sitting in lobby, we were given our room for which we were extremely grateful as we slept for next six hours.

Entry challenging from square to main door (which not obvious where located when looking at building). Once in building, there is a half-flight of stairs to reception with no lift access. Once on reception floor, lift available to rooms and breakfast room. Shower in bath which again is physically challenging. Pretty kettle but could not be filled from sink and one had to climb into bath to fill.

The staff were very generous and nice to let us check in early for free. We were so grateful. It was a fantastic location.

Our drain in the shower was very slow to drain even tho they came and fixed it. The shower drain smelt, but i don't know if this is everywhere in Tblisi?

Welcoming and kind staff who helped with early check in, which made our stay very comfortable. I truly appreciate it. Great location, clean facilities the rooms are spacious Special thanks to the guy who helped us check in to our room early.

Although the bathroom was warm, the room was cold and the room temperature was fixed. The heating could be better, especially in cold months like february.
