Truly loved staying here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the entire property has so much charm and character, beautifully decorated. The staff are amazing! Attentive, kind, and helpful. We returned with badly muddied shoes after a hike of Mt Kilimanjaro and left our shoes on the front porch. To our amazement, we woke up to spotlessly cleaned shoes that were also packed in a travel bag for us. The food was great and very reasonably priced. The staff, Patricia, Anita, Joseph, and Nolu made this a wonderful stay and work incredibly hard. I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful place. Located in a very nice, quiet and green area of Moshi. The people are so nice and willing to help you with absolutely everything from breakfast to excursions.

Well the staff seemed slow or not enough !

I stayed here for a month while working nearby, i came as a guest and left as a friend! I would recommend sprunger avenue to anyone visiting moshi- the location is good with a short drive to some great local restaurants and to the town. There are great running/walking routes around the property and a fantastic view of Kilimanjaro. There is a great pool, lovely garden and the best thing about this house - the lovely people. Patricia, the manager, went to great lengths to ensure I was comfortable and happy. She made me breakfast (lots of options and fresh fruit smoothies everyday) , organised my transport and gave great advice to me. She is amazing!!! The other staff were also exceptional, my room was always clean and I was always looked after. Thank you so much Patricia, Agata, Joseph and everyone else here at Tulia Homes that made my stay so special - if I am ever back in Moshi I will stay here no doubt about that.

Everything was great - no complaints

- Patricia and the rest of the team were very friendly and would go out of their way to make sure my needs were catered for. - Breakfast and fresh juices were really good - Quiet, safe and secure. - Pool area was great. - Villa was lovely. Each had our own room with a shared communal space which included living area and kitchen. - Clean. Overall a lovely place to stay. A little out from the centre of Moshi but can easily order food for delivery or order a tuktuk to get around.

Shower was either freezing cold or burning hot, couldn’t get it to the right temperature but a cold shower was refreshing after a long day; and similarly shower door didn’t close and drain wouldn’t drain. WiFi could be slow especially when the villa was full.

The place, the host and the workers are all amazing! It is the best place! You won’t regret staying there! Very calm surroundings, loved the pool, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. But the most amazing thing is Patricia (the host). She is exceptional! She will welcome you like a friend, she will give you amazing pieces of advice and, if you need anything, she will be very happy to help you. She helps her community and has such a big heart. She cooked us breakfast every morning and asked us what we wanted, like in a restaurant, wow! Come with an open heart and mind and you will have the experience of a lifetime!
