Management and staff are amazing, our room had a amazing view of the mountains, so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice to it was all fresh and tasty. Thank alot sanna boutique we wish we could stay longer next time

The hotel is nice, but they don't allow you to bring food and drinks to the room, which is weird and not good. I have never been to a hotel that does that. They most likely want to you eat and buy at their restaurant everyday, which we did not do. Staff was very nice.

"Great view of mt maru "

This hotel was definitely too expensive for what we got. The television didn’t work properly, the bathtub flooded, we ran out of hot water when trying to use the bathroom and shower, and wasn’t worth the $150 away paid for it. Had it been half the price, it would’ve been fine. The best thing about it was the wonderful restaurant on the roof that overlooked the city with an epic view of mount Maru. Very nice food, very nice staff.

Nice view from the terrace, and very spacious rooms. Food was good too. Unfortunately, my bath was covered in dirt. I think it just hadn’t been used in a while. $50 cash deposit on arrival is awkward. 4% charge on card transactions seems odd too. The building itself smelt of stale smoke , the rooms were non smoking though. Overall, wouldn’t return.

The building that the hotel is located has central air and a casino is on second floor. They allow smoking inside in that casino and it is like a chimney in there. Since the building has central air and smoke raises the smokes goes throughout. The hotel use strong deodorizer to mask the smell but I am allergic to nicotine even if you mask the smell my body react to nicotine. I was sick on my stay here and couldn’t wait to leave this place. The food also sucks, including breakfast. This hotel is not 5 star. The only good thing about this place is the Sanna Coffee.
