שירות מעולה!! נקי מאוד ונוח ושקט כל דבר שביקשנו הביאו לנו מיד, אפילו לא עברה דקה. הספה לא הייתה נוחה, אז הם הגיעו, הביאו מיטה ופתחו אותה במקום הספה

הכל מושלם , 10/10

הכל הנקיון השירות של הצוות היה אישי וחמים המלון נהדר קרוב לים החדרים גדולים מסודרים בהחלט נחזור בעתיד

The location was good. The hotel doesn’t match the standards of 5 starts hotels. I would say, it’s a good 3 stars hotel

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. We had a spider net in corners and some leftover garbage on the floor from the previous tenants. The breakfasts were very limited, not comparable to any 5* hotels we have ever stayed at. On top of that, during one of our breakfasts, there was a caterpillar inside the served lettuce. Good coffee from the bar during the breakfasts is chargeable, what a nonsense for a 5* hotel! The minibar (!) in our room had only: 2 types of milk, 1 bottle of water, 1 bottle of beer and bread. Very strange selection. Robes were given only by request, no shaving/sewing kit etc were provided.
