Hotel Kailash Kutee

Location is very good.

Rooms were small, AC didn’t work well, and the bathroom was cramped. Staff tried to add a 3% card fee despite Booking.com showing all charges included; a manager was rude, though the fee was later waived. Not a pleasant stay.

Dobra lokalizacja do Durbar Square około 20 min. Hotel w cichej uliczce. Wystrój wnętrza holu obiecuje przyjemny standard. Przyjemne miejsce wydawania śniadań z widokiem na góry. Śniadania mało urozmaicone.

Woda na podłodze w łazience utrzymuje się cały dzień. Wadliwie działające zamki w drzwiach. Trzeba było wzywać recepcjonistę, by otwierał drzwi.

The staff were friendly and the room was good and comfortable . The cafe at the front of the hotel is excellent, great staff and lovely food. The staff are so kind and professional. Always checking how we were. Great team working in the cafe always happy to help. The reception staff were also very kind and the manager always checked on us to see if we were ok and comfortable. A great team working at Hotel Kailash Kuttee.

The AC heating didn’t work and on numerous occasions someone came to fix it however it was not. We used the laundry service and I’m actually confused if they were washed/dry cleaned. There was a very horrible smell coming from the clothes. This needs to be looked at.
