Amazing stay! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff and team are incredibly kind and welcoming. The bathroom is well equipped, including a bidet sprayer which is very convenient for Arab guests. We actually stayed here, moved to another place, then came back again because of the great service, beautiful view, and warm welcome. Highly recommended!

I was really surprised by this hotel. It deserves 5 stars. The hotel is super clean, and modern. The room with the river view is stunning. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean and soft. We got an upgrade to a bigger room with the river view and breakfast! Very nice and professional staff. Good transfer service from and to airport. Good breakfast.

The food in the hotel's restaurant is not tasty, very poor menu but good wines.

The staff was exceptionally well behaved and catered to each and every one of my needs

i asked for a bell boy as my hand luggage was heavy and they didn’t have this service, also the restaurant isn’t 24/7 and that’s a problem. I also received no wine glasses to celebrate my birthday at midnight because the restaurant was closed
