Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Erekle, Night Shift Manager, made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean. Shower stall was clean and right size with hot water with pressure at our finger tip. The bed was comfortable too. Sheets were super clean. We loved our city view. Last but not least the washer and dryer and free detergent on 3rd floor was a real plus.

避雷格鲁吉亚第比利斯河景希尔顿花园酒店！下午四点办入住等一个小时没房，态度还很恶劣！等一个小时，一瓶水都没有给。反复确认时间，一开始说5-10分钟，然后又说15分钟，最后还说15分钟，最后等了1小时。然后狡辩说一开始就是说等30分钟·无语了，即使是30分钟，最后是一个小时才拿到房卡。和前台说不满意，酒店人员一脸不耐烦的表现，前台4个服务员一起闲聊，没有人协助处理。一千块人民币一晚的酒店，非常糟糕的体验。之前住过几次希尔顿，没有见过如此糟糕的服务。
