Our stay at Swissotel Tbilisi was made so much more special by the people. The service across the hotel was consistently warm, polished, and sincere, and you could really feel that the staff cared. A special thank you to Davit from Olives restaurant. He is honestly the most professional F&B person I have ever come across. His table skills are impeccable, and the way he looks after guests and manages the dining experience is on another level. You can immediately see how much pride he takes in his work. Keti from Laundry was also wonderful. After our rainy wedding day, she took care of my wife’s wedding dress and got it looking fresh and beautiful again, almost like new. That meant a lot to us and was something we truly appreciated. Overall, Swissotel Tbilisi left a lasting impression on us. The level of care, professionalism, and attention from the staff made the whole experience feel memorable from start to finish.

In the men’s changing room at the fitness center, the door lock on the left side is damaged, and I ended up getting locked inside. Please have the lock inspected and serviced by a qualified professional to avoid this happening again.
