We stayed here for several nights and everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and all facilities worked perfectly. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The building is modern, secure, and in an excellent location with amazing sea views. Elevators may take a little longer during busy hours, but that’s completely understandable in such a large building. We honestly don’t recognize the place described in some negative reviews because our experience was completely different. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place in Batumi. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
