Friendly reception staff, good location, clean and confortable. Nice shared balcony area. Washing machine available for use.

I absolutely loved my family stay at this beautifully preserved 19th-century house in the heart of Tbilisi. The private entrance and spacious terrace with its authentic charm gave our family a perfect place to relax. The rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere felt truly special. I have stayed here before, and once again the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel at home.

The room in itself (I mean, without the negative elements mentioned below)was okay for the price paid. The owner was nice and kept my luggage after checkout so I could visit before my flight.

I spent a couple of nights there. Even though i’m not a light sleeper at all, each night (multiple times a night) i’d get woken up by loud noises, multiple door slamming, people in the hallway and in their rooms talking very very loudly. One night, the noises got so loud at around 2 or 3am, I legitimately got scared as I could hear a group of people repeatedly slamming doors, banging on stuff, laughing and talking super loudly for at least 30 minutes straight. And then, at around 7:30am that same night, I got woken up by a drill because they were apparently fixing something in the hotel. Also, the window of my room was on a public balcony of the hotel which wasn’t really practical, I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time of my stay to keep some privacy. The fact that the hotel is in a building with a door that apparently stays open all the time and the door to the hotel itself is also always open, didn’t make me feel very safe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We could have late check in! The location is very good. It was very clean.
