Hotel West Way

One remark re. the 1st question for this review: "How would you rate your experience?" I wanted to select 'Good' but that option is missing; it goes from 'Average' to 'Very Good'. So only because 'Good' was not an option, I choose 'Average'. The room I stayed in was very good; large, comfortable bed, airco, large bathroom, coffee/tea maker, WIFI. It was the room at the end of the hallway (204?); much bigger than the rooms my friends stayed in. We had breakfast & dinner in the hotel twice (about a week apart); and the food (buffet style) is so so. We had the same dinner buffet on both nights, and not a lot of options and not a lot of it. However, the friendly lady working in the kitchen, was willing to refill. The restaurant area, for all meals, is in the cellar and is very plain. The hotel is situated in a small street off one of the main roads in Kutaisi. I don't know much about the area, we took a bus to get to the old part of town where the Opera theatre is, the Colchis Fountain, the Kutaisi Synagoge, the market and beautiful old houses. A very nice area!

Hotel was very clean and safe. No noise. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious. West Way Team

The comfort of the room is extreme poor, there is no shelf in the bathroom, no chair in the room, who have 4* to this property???? 2* max

I had a 2nd reservation, what I have cancelled immediately after arrival...can imagine...4*?? what a big lying... small room, uncomfortable bed, no chair in the room, tiny little one, and the whole hotel is empty, only we were there and 1 more room....BIG MISTAKE!

The place was pretty clean.

-no windows insolation, so you hear the CONSTANT dogs barking -it was not a comfortable stay for us -shower in our room (209) was leaking -only queen bed -towels smelled like hospital -the curtains don't cover the full window (the light behind the window was disturbing) -bathroom's fan extremely loud and the door is squeaky

It was a late arrival but i enjoyed my stay in kutaisi.

Staff were very pleasant Modern renovation
