King David Hotel Jerusalem

Upon arrival - no one was at door to take our luggage, no one was at front desk to check in We carried our own luggage in In room - $2000 per night suite - carpet extremely stained and the room was very dated 2 times, it took more than 2 hours and several phone calls to get ice Pillows were extremely hard but they did bring softer pillows on request Bathroom is extremely dated and tub/shower combination leaks out onto floor. One day we came back from sightseeing and all drain plugs in sinks and tubs had been removed and were laying on the counter Breakfast was very nice but in three days they never came back to check to see if we’d like more coffee or juice furniture in public areas needs some repair- many chips, dents etc Left our service light for turn down turned on at 5pm, two hours later service not performed public areas are lovely and grand but the hotel is in drastic need of renovations

Un problème d’erreur lors de la réservation nous a obligé les petits déjeuners à un prix prohibitif sans que l’hôtel accepte la réponse de Booking concernant cette réclamation, pas de geste commercial

את היחס המפנק של הצוות, את ההשקעה בפרטים הקטנים, את הפאר וההדר, ואת ארוחת הבוקר המיוחדת במינה. את הטקסים והגינונים המלכותיים שכמעט לא ניתן למצוא כמותם בעולם. צוות המלון כמעט ולא דיבר עברית והייתי צריך להשתמש באנגלית הרצוצה שלי 😂 אז הרגשתי הרגשתי לגמרי אינטרנשיונל....

That the mini bar was absolutely free. And the room service was very cheap and amazingly good.

Rooms need renovation. Since the hotel was not fully occupied I asked for an upgrade which in most cases it’s granted but not here

חדר אוכל , קצת שיגרתי מדי האוכל
