Gori Apartments

So, the rooms were conveniently located and they were on a side street that felt safe and with amenities like a market close by. The original rooms that we booked were on the 9th floor with great views and decoration.

The host was away and on another country. That meant that when we faced issues we had to fix the issues ourselves. On our biggest room there was a leak in the bathroom. We contacted the owner and they offered another room on a much lower floor. The other room was clearly not at the same level as the first. It was also not ready for us (expected) and we had to "fix" things ourselves (like the water-heater)| The owner was at the end accommodating (they also lowered the price) but we had to press the issue and we also received a reply at some point along the lines of "if you do not like it - find somewhere else to stay" I get that issues might come up - however customer experience is important even on bnb style places like this.

Las camas han sido de las mejores en muchos años. Las instalaciones en general en muy buen estado.

Nada que destacar

Tout était parfait. C’est le meilleur appartement que nous avons réservé en Géorgie. L’impression d’avoir gagné l’épreuve de confort à Koh Lanta (les français comprendront 😉) Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Dommage qu’on ne soit resté qu’une nuit !

Extremely attentive young gentleman on reception on my arrival and helped me with a number of matters 😀 Excellent English spoken too!

Мало посуды и мало столовых приборов. Нет чистящего средства для посуды и нет приборов для нарезки хлеба(например). Нет микроволновой печи, нельзя разогреть еду для ребенка или просто подогреть заказанную еду из ресторана.
