Die Lage ist gut und der Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer war sehr schön. Sehr freundliches Personal: Tatia, Juba und Dato. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz und man kann Problemlos und günstig vom Taxi abholen lassen.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück könnte besser sein, Kaffee gibt es nur aus der Packung. Ansonsten war es gut.

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was completely different from the description and photos. We came for breakfast around 9:00 AM and there was almost nothing available. Only a few random dishes started to appear closer to 10:00 AM. Later we were told that because only five guests were expected for breakfast, a proper breakfast had not been prepared. Apparently the concept is that staff should come to the table and offer certain dishes, but no one approached us, no one explained anything, and we were simply left sitting there with almost no food. Even the reception staff seemed unaware of how breakfast was supposed to work. The room also did not match the pictures shown online. The bathroom curtains were damaged and worn out, and because of this there was no privacy at all — everything in the bathroom could be seen from the room. On top of that, the bathroom door did not close properly, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We also tried to resolve the situation with the manager, but the experience was very unpleasant. The manager communicated in a rude and unprofessional manner and showed no willingness to help or find a solution. The attitude was extremely unfriendly and not customer-oriented at all. Overall, the hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. Poor organization, misleading information about breakfast, uncomfortable room conditions, and very disappointing customer service.
