Batumi View Luxury

Не понравился сервис. Вместо забронированного номера нам дали другой, маленький. Час нашего времени был потрачен на выяснение и ожидание другого номера. В этом случае не произошло компенсации ошибки, нашего комфорта и времени. Приходя в отель для отдыха, мне меньше всего хочется тратить свое время на доказывание и выяснение.

Helpful staff. Good location for time of year (winter). Less congested than most of Batumi, but not the best beach for summer. Comfortable bed. Several restaurants we liked right in the same complex. Could hear the waves from our room on the 13th floor.

Room was not adequately furnished. Main room did not have a dining table and did not have a sofa. It had 1 over-stuffed chair, 1 regular chair and 2 high seating chairs. Shower leaked a significant amount into the rest of the bathroom. During an unusually strong, windy storm, the windows leaked onto floor. Without these issues, I would have rated this hotel at least an 8.
