"A good hotel for familes with young children."

Management was very helpful and friendly. Managers are Americans, so communication was very easy. Many guests were families with young children. The pool was nice, but somewhat crowded with families (a good thing if one expects children). Facilities are new and good. Hotel is new and is working through the usual startup issues. I expect it will fix the startup issues and it will be a fine hotel to visit in the future.

The location is very nice, but somewhat out of the way. Nevertheless, signs are plentiful so it was not difficult to find. Hotel seemed to be a bit understaffed; this was confirmed in discussion with management who said that finding good staff is difficult. I expect this problem will be solved.

warm and kind hostess, new clean rooms breakfast is simple and nice. hotel opened 2 month ago. it's small, but cozy. there is no any smells.

the yard is not completely landscaped (yet), rough road to this place is thin
