Хорошее расположение, недалеко круглосуточный супермаркет с готовой едой и метро. Красивые виды из окна. В номере было чисто, было все необходимое: полотенца, фен, кружки/тарелки и столовые приборы, кофе и т.д. Интернет работал стабильно, проблем не было.

Всё было бы супер, если бы не этот момент - раннее заселение. Я зарание уточнила, можно ли заселиться с 7 утра, на что мне пришел положительный ответ. НО ПРО МЕНЯ ЗАБЫЛИ. В 5 утра я была уже около гостиницы и хотела подождать заселения на ресепшене, но меня ждали сюрпризы: 1) у отеля нет своего отдельного входа и подождать на ресепшене у вас не получится. вы даже не попадете в здание, потому что это многоквартирный дом, в котором несколько этажей отведены под гостиницу. вход в здание только по чипу. 2) если вам повезло и вы все-таки попали в дом (как повезло мне в 5 утра, спасибо собачникам), то вы все равно в гостиницу не попадете и будете сидеть на 1 этаже в лифтовой. на 1 этаже два лифта: 1 общедомовой и 1 гостиничный. в гостиничный лифт вход только по чипу! 3) как я написала выше, про меня забыли. я сначала 2 часа ждала на 1 этаже в холодном лобби, потом когда наступило время заселения и никто не появился - начала везде писать и звонить. мне повезло дозвониться до владелицы по вотсапп (она не в Грузии, кстати), но оказалось, что все забыли (или просто забили) про мое ранее заселение. пока в гостиницу доехала сотрудница гостиницы, прошло еще полтора часа! итого я прождала в холодном лобби почти 4 часа!!! сотрудница сказала, что не знала про ранее заселение и что данную информацию ей обычно сообщает владелица. 4) я путешествовала одна, мне было очень страшно вот так вот зависнуть там и не понимать, заселяюсь я или же мне пора искать другое место. вывод: жить можно, если вы заезжаете в стандартные 12-14 часов дня. в остальное время - нет. система с кучей чипов неудобная. для заезда вам нужна сотрудница, иначе вы никак в здание не попадете. как альтернатива, можно было бы улучшить систему заезда. заранее сообщать код от двери в здание, на 1 этаже рядом с лифтом разместить сейф с ключом в лифт (код от сейфа тоже сообщать заранее). тогда нет никакой зависимости от того, встречает вас сотрудник гостиницы или нет.
