Hotel Grand View in Tbilisi

Отличный отель, великолепный вид на город, своя уютная терраса. Персонал просто на высоте, завтраки сытные, вкусные, хватало до самого вечера , готовят прям пот вас на кухне, все свежее и очень очень вкусно. Также расположение отеля прекрасное, до главных достопримечательностей рукой подать, можно пешком, если очень лень, то прямо возле отеля метро.

Такого не было

Good communication in advance of stay about the location of the hotel and what to do on arrival. Staff were very responsive and met us immediately, even though we arrived at a different time from that originally planned. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right opposite a metro station. Breakfast was incredible - definitely the best we had in Georgia, possibly the best I've had anywhere. Every morning we had our own private spread of Georgian delicacies, which gave us an opportunity to try food we might not otherwise have experienced. 360 views of Tbilisi from the terrace were also very cool!

The building entrance itself is not very attractive and the lift feels old. Be aware that although the lift takes you to the 12th floor, there are two more flights of stairs to negotiate inside the hotel to the bedrooms and breakfast room; if you struggle with stairs, this might not be a good choice for you. Staff carried our luggage for us on arrival and departure, so that element wasn't an issue.

The staff were helpful and it was clean for what it was

I did not do my due diligence when researching this place. It’s not really a hotel! It’s a bed and breakfast. Photos looked much better online the actual room was very underwhelming it’s good if you want a budget place to sleep. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. The breakfast looked nothing like the photos you have to set a specific time in advance and you’re given a random assortment of foods. I thought it was going to be a buffet style hotel breakfast you’ll have better choice and flexibility if you go elsewhere. It’s also quite out of the way there’s no coffee shops or restaurant in walking distance. The staff were helpful, it was clean.

המקום האהוב עליי עכשיו לעצור בו בטביליסי!!! אנשים מדהימים קבלת פנים כל כך חמה! שווה להוסיף ארוחת בוקר, אוכל מקומי וטעים ברמה מאוד גבוהה! החדר היה וואו! כל העיר על כף היד מהמרפסת, נוף עוצר נשימה. לוקיישן מרכזי מצד שני זאת גם פינה שקטה ומאוד נעימה. תודה על חוויה כל כך מדוייקת ונעימה! נותנים הרגשה של בית ומשפחה. ממליצה בחום ואהבה!!!

Many things Location - quite magnificent Staff - extremely courteous

It was difficult to locate the property. Description needs to be made more accurate. Also, not wheelchair accessible.
