The morning-shift staff member was unresponsive and became irritated over small requests, such as asking for an iron. Additionally, there were bees in the room, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Der Service war hervorragend. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das Personal spricht Englisch und Russisch. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ganz nach Abstimmung mit den Gästen. Der Ausblick war wunderbar und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Das Zimmer wurde zwar jeden Tag gereinigt, allerdings nur sehr oberflächlich. Die Reinigung könnte verbessert werden.

Отличное расположение , чисто и комфортно. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Так как был в ноябре , на улице холодно. Кондиционер не справился с отоплением помещения
