The hotel has good location

Poor noise insulation so everything from the street can be heard in room. The staff was really bad. The evening everything was ok. In the morning nobody was in the reception around 10am. We found worker sleeping in the back room and there was strong smell of alcohol. We left our luggage to hotel and went to see the city. As we came back, we asked from the staff possibilety to use the toilet. That was denied due to renovations. As the hotel was empty, we asked to use toilet of one of the rooms - the worker started to demand money for that. That was really outrageous! We left the hotel with our luggages and went to next hotel where we were able to use the toilet - free of charge. Of course we paid 10 lari for that, as the service was so kind. Argo hotel - I have been traveling over 50 countries and lived close to two years in Georgia - you really screwed this up.
