Начитавшись плохих отзывов, не спешили бронировать надолго, но отель понравился настолько, что продолжили бронирование ещё два раза!😁 Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный, обслуживание на высоком уровне. Отдельное спасибо парню на рецепции Beka за прекрасный номер с отличным видом!🥰 Все вопросы на ресепшене решались быстро, в том числе просьбы о дополнительной уборке и душевых принадлежностях. В новом блоке D2 особенно комфортно — просторные номера и нет очередей на лифт. В номерах чисто и уютно. Единственное пожелание — хотелось бы немного больше мыльно-рыльных принадлежностей на двух человек (было по одному) и полотенце под ноги в душ. В остальном всё замечательно, обязательно будем возвращаться снова!❤️

The location is at its best with few meters from the beach. The room and its appliances are nice. The official orbi desk is functioning 24/7 which is helpful. Staff are helpful when you ask them. I managed to get English speakers at the desk whenever I reached them. Checkin we smooth with the orbi official as its done at the desk. other ppl I met the same time booked from other private owners and their experience was not always ideal as they wouldn't check in with the desk and the desk would be less helpful for them a group of people was stuck for a while waiting for their host this wouldn't happen with this booking. The Internet is surprisingly good for a hotel.

The building is huge and it's very busy all the time. It feels like you are in the metrobus not the elevator. Thought this building is much better than block A which is much worse in crowd. Staff could be nicer or smoother, I think think they could benefit from some trainings as well as some breaks if they dont get any, they sound tired any time I approached them. The cleaning wouldn't happen if you don't ask so keep this in mind. The room could benefit from better coffee than instant one as the coffee machine wouldn't cost much.
