3 aile kısa bir tatil için geldiğimiz otelinizde resepsiyonda bizi güleryüz ile karşılayıp, ellerinden geleni yapıp ,hatta şartlarını zorlayıp daha rahat etmemiz için bize çok yardımcı olan , resepsiyonda ki Mari, Luka ve Beka personellerinize ilgi ,alaka ve yardımları için çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz ,tadilatta olmasına rağmen hiç sorun yaşamadık ,otelin temizliği ve konforu için minnettarız. Bu otel de konaklama yapmak isterseniz mutlaka Mari den destek alabiliriniz..

Kahvaltı olmaması çocuklar ile olduğumuz için bizi biraz zorladı.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff, especially Mari and Amina, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made everything easy and enjoyable, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm attitude truly made a difference and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place!

"ATTENTION! AVOID THIS PLACE!"

Honestly, nothing.

The staff were very unfriendly and refused to communicate in any language — not in Russian, English, or otherwise. They gave false information several times, deliberately confused us, and even sent us to the wrong place for breakfast. We also suspect some kind of scam. It seems they post listings through other people or private hosts, who later disappear. When guests arrive and have no other option, they end up booking this hotel — which is more expensive but has identical rooms and conditions. That’s the only logical explanation we could find. In addition, there seems to be a breakfast scam: if you prepay for breakfast through Booking, they simply don’t offer it on site. Overall, the whole experience felt dishonest and unpleasant.
