Walnut By The Sea

We paid an extra 200.00 per night to stay at this property and it was horrible compared to the previous one we were at. It was smaller by 3 x and when we got there we waited in the courtyard but still received no instructions on how to get in. Finally we contacted Expedia who phoned them and had someone come and meet us. From there he was prompt and helpful when he could be. Inside and with him gone we found out none of the bathroom lights worked. They switched us to one of their "better" units which was the same with a smaller kitchen, but it had a bathroom you could enter through the hallway not just the bedroom. It had a beautiful shower upgrade. Overall not at all impressed. Save your money.

Location is very good and host was nice and helpful. Shoul be good to have some umbrellas to go to the beach, the one in the unit was broken

dead roaches in the kitchen, bathroom is super sketchy combined with severe flash flooding caused sand and debris throughout the courtyard and sidewalks. Attempts to contact property manager during the flash flooding went unanswered, I had to spend the night in my car in a Wal-Mart parking lot because the roads into the apartment were flooded out. “Alysia” who is really Christopher finally called the next day and then completely blew me off. Told me that he would go check and call me back because he was only 10 minutes away…never returned the call or any other attempts to communicate. Never again! Save your money, go on a cruise.
