Location is very peaceful, the room was very solid and the overall value for money is pretty decent.

There was a specific smell in the bathroom and bathtub was leaking.

Really good location, new and stylish 1920s facilities, inner courtyard parking. Really helpful staff / reception.

Rather dark room due to lack of main lightning (questionable design in this regard), breakfast is very basic (although any hotel breakfast in Georgia is rather nonsense, having in mind so many perfect quality, variety and value options just around the corner). TV in the room was functioning rather strange, but hotel staff was really trying to help.
