Забронировал номер в 13 часов с заездом в 16:00 день в день с полной оплатой онлайн (что в Грузии редкость). Спросил инструкцию по получению ключей, и про возможность заехать пораньше. Близилось время заезда, мне никто не отвечает. Я им начал звонить в ватсапе и телеграме, но они не брали трубки. 16:15 — у меня нет денег, нет ключей, нет ответа. Создал запрос на возврат денег, тем временем снял себе номер в другом месте. На следующий день мой запрос отклонили с комментарием: «Отмена возможна только в соответствии с политикой отмены». Видимо, не предоставлять услуги за уже заплаченные деньги — это норм. По факту, меня просто обворовали. Переписка, платёжка, бронь, звонки — все доказательства есть.

Розташування.

Дуже тонкі стіни. Ми чули усе що відбувалось у сусідів. Іноді було важко спати, бо в інших апартаментах допізна грала музика.

Location is good, the room and furniture were fine too

They gave me the wrong key. I paid for an extra day so I could check in at 5 a.m., but they had put the wrong key in the key box and didn’t answer my calls or messages. After 30 minutes of checking the entire building, I found a local manager’s number on one of the random doors, called them, and they finally switched my room. The room wasn’t clean enough — old pillows, a bed with a bad smell, and greasy, dirty furniture.
